Ensuring Everyone’s Safety in Our Operations

Safety is everyone’s business. At Brandt Contracting in St. Charles, Missouri, we strictly adhere to our safety policy. Accident prevention is considered of primary importance in all phases of our operations and administration. We strive to provide safe and healthy working conditions, as well as to establish and insist upon safe practices at all times by all employees.

Accident Prevention

This is an objective that affects all levels of our company and operations. We require our supervisors to prioritize the safety of all staff and make it an integral part of their job. We are also certified supervisors who have completed 10-hour (OSHA-10 card) and 30-hour (OSHA-30 card) training courses for the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.

Safety Training for Employees

To ensure that we give quality and safe service consistently, we provide adequate training to all of our staff. In addition to that, if they are in doubt about how a task should be done safely, it is their duty to ask a qualified person for assistance. In case there are unsafe conditions, it must be reported to the Responsible Safety Officer immediately.
